– Headshots

Before I start working on your order, I will evaluate your photos and instructions carefully. If the instructions are going beyond my service range, the quality of the photo(s) is/are too poor, the resolution is too low, or other extenuating circumstances, I may cancel your order and provide a full refund as soon as possible.

Sending the order

1. Fill out the quote form here. If the size of the file(s) is above 20 megabytes, please send them to us using Dropbox or another file upload service.
Full instructions of the process can be found here.

Send it to me using any upload or cloud storage service like Dropbox or WeTransfer.

working on the order

Yes, I provide that kind of service. You can find more information here.

Absolutely. For simple background elements, e.g.: grass, ground, beach, sky, etc., I can suggest a background from my own image library, and you don’t need to pay extra for the background image. Unfortunately, sometimes I may not be able to find a suitable free background image for your order. In those cases, you will need to provide me with the background image, either from free online sources, e.g.: Unsplash, or purchasing from stock photo traders, e.g. iStock.

If I failed to make all of your requested edits, I will correct it without charge. If you have a lot of new revisions in addition to what was asked for in the original quote, I may need to give you another quote for the additional work.

Please mention it while submitting the quote request.

Yes, I do offer this service. Please mention it while submitting your order. An additional cost may be applied.

As the saying goes, a picture says “more than a thousand words”. A reference image can be very helpful in describing how you want your photos to be edited. When you send the photos to be edited, include the reference image (clearly labeled), as well as the instructions.

Yes, I can accept RAW formatted photos. It may take additional steps to generate final JPEG photos.

Delivering the order

This will depend on: the number of photos in the order, clarity and understanding of instructions, and what needs to be done. After the photos, instructions and payment have been received, the usual turn around time is about two days. For more involved and complicated orders, or if there are circumstances outside of my control, I may require additional time. I will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case. If the order has a deadline, please mention it when you submit your order.

After you have received the invoice and payed it on PayPal, the final files will be sent to you via email. If the file size(s) are too large to email, I will send them another way and let you know.

I do not claim copyright to your images, both original and/or the retouched/edited ones from your order. All intellectual property rights are yours, and you are responsible for the consequences of using those images privately or publicly.

I accept credit cards processed through PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express).

After I have reviewed the instructions and photos, I will send you a quote via email and wait for your go ahead to proceed with the work. After you have approved the quote, I will send you an invoice. The invoice will have a link to pay on PayPal. Upon payment, the final files will be sent to you.

I offer a 10% discount for return clients who complete a new order within six months of their prior order.

I stand behind my work with a money back guarantee. If I can’t get the job done to your satisfaction, you shouldn’t have to pay. If you are not happy with the first version of edited photos, please request a free revision. There is always the possibility of a miscommunication or misunderstanding of the instructions at the beginning. If the job has gone through several revisions, and you believe that your order will never be revised to your satisfaction, simply send an email to gregsgraphics at and request a full refund.
